I help drive the strategy, sponsorship and adoption of a company-wide community initiative for Citrix. The goal is to shape the development and implementation of the community experience on Citrix.com and other web properties including forums, groups and influencer programs while helping to develop strategy and programs to measure and improve customer loyalty, advocacy and retention.
